Romans 12:1 I call upon you, therefore, brothers, through the compassion of Elohim, to present your bodies a living offering – set-apart, well-pleasing to Elohim – your reasonable worship.
1 Corinthians 3:16-17 Don't you know that you people are God's temple & that God's Spirit lives in you? So if anyone destroys God's temple (LIKE YOU), God will destroy him. For God's temple is holy & you yourselves are that temple.

What is taking your thoughts captive?
Taking thoughts captive, means gaining control over what & how you think‼
What you ALLOW in your mind has an effect on what you think.
Remember those scary movies you watched as a kid, then you had nightmares?
It didn't take long to realize that the way to avoid the nightmares was to stop watching that kind of movie.

God has provided a way to overcome unhealthy thoughts and behaviors, and gain the self-control you seek.
It's a matter of taking charge of your life - His way.
2 Corinthians 10:4-5 tells us that we are to "demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to MESSIAH."
Here are 6 ways to take your thoughts captive:
It is Impossible in the Flesh, only Possible Through Messiah. (Who Strengthens You!)
Take heart: as God empowers you to focus your mind on the right things, it will become easier. You can develop a new frame of reference, based on what ever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy. (Philippians 4:8)
Accept responsibility for your thoughts.
You have the ability to exercise control over your thoughts. God warned Cain to focus his mind on the right things, but Cain chose to think, wrong things - anger and jealousy - which led to his murderous actions.
Are you willing to admit that you can, with God's help, regain control of your thoughts - and think enabling thoughts instead of disabling ones?
Your mind - not just your behavior - must change.
God calls us to change sinful behavior that does not honor Him. Instead of focusing on your outward behavior, Dwelling on the SIN. Work on disciplining your mind - from which the behaviors stem. Allow God to transform you by the renewing of your mind. Romans 12:2
Focus your mind on HIM!! Think on HIM!! Dwell on His Ways!!
Think through your problems rather than just react to them. (Anger, Insults, Attacks)
When you experience difficult challenges, you can react to them or you can look forward to the next opportunity and ask yourself what you learned from this failure.
Is your first thought I'll never do anything right? You don't have to get trapped by disabling thoughts. You are capable of getting out of your shame, despair, hopelessness, and anger - by taking control of your thoughts.
Take your disabling thoughts captive through confession.
Paul urges us to "take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ" Romans 12:21, Allowing Him to take Control!!
Confront your Disobedient thoughts.
Turn them over to God and become who He sees you to be. It will take work to take your thoughts captive each time they pop into your mind.
But ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE with the help of the Holy Spirit.
Choose to focus your thoughts on the right things.
We are to think about those things that are "true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable" (Philippians 4:8).
When we think about those things, God promises to give His peace. His Shalom!
What a contrast to the thoughts of millions of people today.
Don't look to a movie, TV show, or how-to formula to accomplish this for you.
It takes personal discipline and commitment.
It is possible to live a life aware of our thoughts and taking them captive!
God gave us His Spirit to empower us.
Start following these steps today to gain power over your mind & thoughts.

Action ≫Rob a Bank. Not Spontaneous, Takes Thought!
Action ≫Depression . Comes from Bitterness, Self Loathing, Self Focus!
Action ≫Anger. Comes from Jealousy, Unforgiveness, Resentment, Discontent, Lack of Submission, Rejection!
Action ≫Cheating or Lying. Comes from LACK OF Faith & Trust, Lack of Discipline, Allowing False Witness IN.
Action ≫Fear. Comes from Vain Imagination, Insecurity. Lack of Faith that we Dwell upon.
1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love. On the contrary, love that has achieved its goal gets rid of fear… fear has to do with punishment; the person who keeps fearing has not been brought to maturity regard to love.
John 14:27 “Peace I leave with you – My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid or in Fear.
Anger, Lustful Thoughts, Pride, Covetousness, Doubts, Unbelief - You are not worthy - vain words that you allowed to be imagined in IN YOUR LIFE.
Matthew 15: 19 “For out of the (Abundance of the) heart come forth wicked THOUGHTS, murders, adulteries, immoralities, thefts, false witnessing, slanders…
WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN LIGHT AND LIFE.
But it can’t effect the World when it is HIDDEN.
It is a Terumah, What God has Given You…
Give Light‼ Luke Warm give no Light!!
When two give their light to 2 more,
We have 4, and so on.
Revelation 2:5 So remember from where you have fallen, repent & do the first works, or else I shall come to you speedily & remove your lampstand from its place,unless you repent‼
Philipians 1:6 being persuaded of this, that He who has begun a good work in you shall perfect it, until the day of יהושע Messiah.
Galations 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, trustworthiness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no Torah.
