Week #52 - Nitsavim (You Are Standing)

Deuteronomy 29:9 - 30:20
September 22nd - 28th, 2019

The Covenant was given to Israel, not a church or synagogue, but HIS people-Israel and also those that are not with them on that Day. Who could this be? Covenant is the Exchange of Lifestyles, Yahweh’s Lifestyle. Remember Baal Peor? (Num 25:3) This was the Exchange of Lifestyles of the World.

Week #47 - Eikev (The Reward)

“Wherefore it shall come to pass, if ye hearken (SHEMA) to these judgments, (Mishpat-deliverance from evil ways) and keep (Shemar - guard), and do them, that Yahweh your Elohim shall keep unto you the Aleph Tav, (Messiah) covenant and the mercy which he swore unto thy fathers:”

Week #46 - V'etchannan (And I Pleaded)

Week #46 - V'etchannan (And I Pleaded)

Deuteronomy 3:23 - 7:11
August 11th - 17th

The prayer of Moses, The pleading of Moses who was not allowed to enter. NOTICE, IT WAS DESIGNED THIS WAY. Yahweh always had salvation through faith, in the promise to Abraham (Galatians 3:29), then the Covenant of Moses, to walk in His Teachings and Instructions. Progressive, because Moses can’t take us across the Jordan only “Yehoshua” can, ONLY Salvation can take you across! Praise His Name!

It is a picture of “Progressive Revelation”, the stages of life in our journeys. You are maturing, in stages, -massa-, (see definitions). You are becoming an overcomer. You are becoming a life giving Spirit of Yahweh in Yeshua.

Week #43 - Pinchas - Phinehas

Week #43 - Pinchas - Phinehas

Numbers 25:10 - 30:1
July 21st - 27th

Pinchas is one of the few Parashah named after an individual. To appreciate how unusual this is, there is no Parashah named Abraham, nor is there one named Isaac, Jacob, Rivka, (Rebekah) Rachel, Leah, Joseph, Moses or Aaron. Clearly, Pinchas was one of the all-time heroes of Jewish history. What was his claim to fame? In an act of tremendous self-sacrifice (and at great personal danger), Pinchas acted to stop a public display of immorality, which had triggered a plague that was killing thousands. Pinchas had stepped forward at a time when everyone else had given up, and for this he was rewarded by God with the "Covenant of Peace."
